Washington Licensed Associate Supervisor

Job Summary

Providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists, the part-time Washington Licensed Associate Supervisor will work remotely to ensure high-quality teletherapy services while maintaining compliance and focusing on positive outcomes for youth.

Key responsibilities

• Offer clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists delivering teletherapy services
• Monitor adherence to legal, ethical, and professional standards among supervisees
• Utilize tools to track progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal client outcomes

Required qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Minimum of 1 year experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends)
