Job Summary
To support the claims team, the full-time salaried Washington Licensed Auto Adjuster will create and audit damage estimates for 1st and 3rd party claims while working remotely within the South King and Pierce County areas.
Key responsibilities
- Create or audit estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses
- Negotiate settlements and document activities for complex claims across multiple lines
- Evaluate settlement alternatives and ensure compliance with regulatory and fair claims practices
Required qualifications
- Washington Licensed Auto Adjuster certification
- Experience managing auto collision claims
- Proficiency in CCC ONE or similar estimating software
- Strong understanding of various insurance policy types
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
