Job Summary

A company is looking for a WA Licensed Clinician: LASW or LICSW in Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides customized care and treatment plans for patients within assigned Care Pods
• Coordinates behavioral health care with primary care providers and monitors patient symptoms
• Documents patient progress and treatment recommendations in electronic health records

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited program
• Licensed to practice in Washington as an associate clinician under supervision or as an independent clinician
• Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a licensed professional
• Secure, high-speed internet connection for video conferencing and cloud-based systems
