Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Behavioral Health Care Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate care and manage authorizations for psychiatric and chemical dependency patients
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in care management and utilization management processes
  • Provide training and support to staff, including quality audits and performance feedback


Required Qualifications
  • Licensed master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field, or an RN with 2+ years in behavioral health
  • Active, unrestricted clinical license for independent practice
  • 3+ years of experience in a mental health environment, including case management
  • Experience in providing on-the-job training and coaching staff
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
