Washington Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads behavioral health program development and integration activities
• Implements clinical training programs for associates and external providers
• Analyzes behavioral health utilization data to drive performance improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, nursing, or related human service field
• 5+ years of experience in behavioral health, preferably in the public sector
• Managed care experience preferred
• Active Washington state license as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Registered Nurse
• Master's Degree in a related field preferred
