Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Behavioral Health to provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for its Behavioral Health programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance, quality, compliance, and financial outcomes of the Behavioral Health program
• Manage utilization management and care management programs across various lines of business
• Ensure adherence to behavioral health regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
• Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist)
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in behavioral health utilization management or clinical review
• Knowledge of behavioral health regulatory requirements across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid
