Job Summary
Leading a remote care team, the full-time Washington Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will manage a team of Therapists and Behavioral Health Support Specialists to implement programs, deliver outcomes, and empower members through personalized case management focused on improving health and wellness.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a player/coach, supporting team members while directly assisting clients in challenging situations
- Develop and monitor service plans, ensuring comprehensive care tailored to each member's needs
- Lead enrollment activities and coordinate team schedules to meet program demands and performance indicators
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, or health care management from an accredited university
- Independent clinical behavioral health license in Washington (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
- Experience in leading and implementing programs with measurable outcomes
- Experience with crisis management, particularly in adolescent and young adult populations
- Preferred experience managing interdisciplinary care teams
