Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational direction for behavioral health initiatives across the health plan
• Oversee the development and optimization of behavioral health programs and strategies
• Serve as the subject matter expert on behavioral health, advising on clinical guidelines and best practices

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Psychology or Master's Degree in Nursing, Social Work, or Doctor of Nursing Practice required
• 5+ years of direct care clinical experience required
• 5+ years of managed care experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience in leading behavioral health program development required
• Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, APRN-BC, or NP required upon hire
