Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Specialist to manage employee benefits and retirement programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee various employee benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement plans
• Lead annual open enrollment and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Analyze benefits data and trends to inform strategy and develop engaging communication materials

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of benefits administration experience
• Strong knowledge of retirement plans and multi-state compliance
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Solid understanding of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
