Job Summary

A company is looking for a 911 Call Diversion Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to diverted 911 calls to provide emotional support, risk assessment, and crisis intervention
  • Complete referral intakes for 911 contacts and document all interactions accurately
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and adhere to confidentiality policies


Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of a GED/High School diploma and four years of full-time behavioral health work experience
  • Experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, or contact center preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced virtual environment and navigate multiple platforms
  • Knowledge of mental health services and essential health & human services
  • Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential required within 6 months of hire
