Job Summary
Providing clinical and administrative leadership, the full-time salaried Washington Licensed Case Management Supervisor will oversee care management teams, ensuring effective delivery of services for members with diverse health needs while working remotely in Washington State.
Key responsibilities
- Prioritizes daily workflows and monitors team performance to meet regulatory requirements and organizational goals
- Facilitates collaboration among internal partners to ensure coordinated care for members
- Conducts staff onboarding, training, and performance audits to maintain competency and compliance standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a master's degree in social work or a related behavioral health field
- Current, unrestricted RN or LICSW license in the State of Washington
- Case Management Certification required or to be obtained within the first two years of employment
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience in an acute care or public health setting
- At least three years of case management experience in an ACO, MCO, or BHO
