Job Summary

Experienced claims adjusters will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster, responsible for managing a complex caseload, collaborating with staff to support injured worker recovery, and ensuring ethical claims handling.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of complex workers' compensation claims, primarily from Washington and potentially other jurisdictions
• Collaborate with trained staff and utilize technology to facilitate prompt and fair recovery for injured workers
• Serve on the Workers' Compensation Team with compassion and humility to positively impact recovery outcomes and the company's financial success

Required qualifications

• Active Washington Adjuster's License
• 7+ years of prior claims adjusting experience, specifically with Washington workers' compensation claims
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree or higher preferred
• Eligibility for reserve/payment authority level of $50,000+ when appropriate
• Claims adjusting experience with Oregon workers' compensation claims preferred
