Job Summary

To support a project team handling product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters, the full-time Claims Contract Attorney will analyze claim documents, prepare detailed responses to inquiries, and provide customer service to both internal and external clients while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing claim documents and preparing detailed responses to inquiries from claimants and counsel
• Fielding complex telephone inquiries and providing best-in-class customer service
• Receiving training and oversight from project directors, managers, and coordinators

Required qualifications

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school or a foreign law degree may suffice
• Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Preferred litigation experience, with class action and/or mass tort experience being a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Customer service-oriented approach
