Washington Licensed Client Experience Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist (Licensed) to manage non-licensed and limited licensed aspects of real estate transactions remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and ensuring timely transaction closures
• Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
• Process transaction-related expenses, prepare commission invoices, and resolve discrepancies for accurate agent payouts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
• Active real estate license in Washington State in good standing
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management
• Strong analytical skills for managing financial details and ensuring compliance
