Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist (Licensed) to manage non-licensed and limited licensed aspects of real estate transactions remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents and manage contractual dates and deadlines
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction
- Execute end-to-end transaction processing, including expense management and commission calculations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
- Active real estate license in good standing, preferably in Washington State
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, paperless environment
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management
- Strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in financial details and compliance
