Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist (licensed) to manage non-licensed and limited licensed aspects of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents and manage contractual dates and deadlines
  • Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure proper documentation for compliance in transaction files
  • Execute end-to-end transaction processing, including entering expenses and preparing commission invoices
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
  • Active real estate license in good standing in Washington or Oregon
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Competency in navigating multiple software systems for transaction management
  • Strong analytical skills for managing financial details and ensuring compliance
