Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist (licensed) to manage non-licensed and limited licensed aspects of real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents and manage contractual dates and deadlines
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure proper documentation for compliance in transaction files
- Execute end-to-end transaction processing, including entering expenses and preparing commission invoices
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
- Active real estate license in good standing in Washington or Oregon
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Competency in navigating multiple software systems for transaction management
- Strong analytical skills for managing financial details and ensuring compliance
