Washington Licensed Clinical Assessor

Job Summary

Providing critical assessments and therapy services, the full-time Washington Licensed Clinical Assessor will conduct substance use and mental health evaluations, coordinate client care, and collaborate with treatment teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct confidential assessments to determine client needs and appropriate levels of care
• Collaborate with clients and treatment teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Required qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Mental Health or Social Sciences
• Active mental health licensure in Washington State
• 1+ year of relevant experience in treating mental health disorders
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and cognitive behavioral therapies
• Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain professional boundaries
