Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Strategy & Provider Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for providers on documentation, compliance, ethics, and coding
• Design and implement non-directive clinical programming and develop clinical toolkits for providers
• Lead cross-functional clinical projects and monitor clinical trends to ensure resources are current

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in behavioral health (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, PsyD, PhD, LMFT)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical leadership or program development
• Strong grasp of clinical documentation, risk management, and ethical practice
• Experience working with or supporting independent clinicians
• Knowledge of value-based care principles and clinical KPIs
