Job Summary

Transforming complex EHRs into engaging learning experiences, the full-time Washington Licensed Clinical Educator will design and deliver training curricula for clinicians and teams, ensuring user confidence and system adoption while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement effective training programs for clinical informatics, focusing on adult learning principles
• Collaborate with clinical informatics partners and stakeholders to create multimedia content and training environments
• Provide go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and system optimization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or related field
• Epic certification in assigned modules to be obtained within 6 months of hire
• 2 years of experience designing and delivering education and training materials in a healthcare setting
• 2 years of experience working with clinical information systems
• Active license as a Registered Nurse or equivalent clinician certification if applicable
