Job Summary

Leading educational initiatives for Epic and other clinical technologies, the full-time remote Washington Licensed Clinical Informatics Manager will support EHR deployment, optimize user adoption, and manage training resources while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of educational materials and change communication for clinical informatics
• Manage training environment resources and coordinate Credential Trainer programs to enhance user engagement and effectiveness
• Evaluate education outcomes and implement strategies to promote the efficient use of information technology in clinical settings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Informatics, healthcare, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of education experience in an information services or training setting, with at least 3 years in a management role
• 4 years of leadership experience in a healthcare or educational context
