Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Manager - 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical and operational leadership for the 988 Crisis Services team
• Supervise and support a multidisciplinary workforce, fostering a culture of compassion and accountability
• Ensure high-quality crisis intervention services across phone, chat, and text platforms

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
• Independent or associate clinical licensure (e.g., LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) with ability to obtain Washington State licensure
• Mental Health Professional (MHP) status in Washington or ability to obtain
• 4-5+ years of leadership experience in behavioral health crisis services
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort with technology in a remote environment
