Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist Clinical Refill Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and interpret IV admixture orders, preparing primary IV solutions
• Manufacture nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations and maintain appropriate records
• Supervise support personnel and ensure the accuracy of all completed work

Required Qualifications

• Completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy residency preferred
• Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington
• Minimum one (1) year of pharmacy experience preferred in a relevant setting
