Washington Licensed Clinical Pharmacy Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist who will provide clinical pharmacy services to members of a health plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver effective clinical pharmacy services to health plan members
• Document evidence and clinical case reviews, providing medication information consultations
• Support population health management through medication evidence review and clinical policy development

Required Qualifications

• Pharm D or Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Pharmacy with 5 years of managed care experience
• PGY-1 Residency training or equivalent experience as a clinical pharmacist in managed care
• Oregon or Washington State Pharmacist License
• National Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties within 2 years of hire date
• Experience in writing research protocols and medical publications
