Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care, a part-time Washington Licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth, focusing on personalized treatment plans and clinical assessments in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults through telehealth, conducting at least 15 sessions per week
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, monitoring client progress regularly
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with company policies, assisted by AI-powered tools

Required qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Washington
• Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
• Experience working with older adults is strongly preferred
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and delivering therapy via telehealth
• Availability to support at least 15 hours per week on a part-time basis
