Job Summary

Leading utilization management operations, the full-time salaried Washington Licensed Clinical Review Manager will oversee clinical teams, develop review strategies, and drive quality and member experience outcomes in a telecommuter role.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the development of clinical review strategies aligned with company goals and regulations
• Manage and develop diverse clinical teams, providing coaching and feedback for professional growth
• Collect and report data on medical service utilization and departmental performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or healthcare-related field or 4 years of relevant work experience
• 1 year of health plan or relevant business experience
• 2 years of progressive management experience, including managing multifunctional teams
• Current Washington licensed registered nurse, licensed mental health professional, or licensed pharmacist preferred
• Experience managing utilization management/clinical review teams preferred
