Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Worker LCSW Per-Diem Variable.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments and interventions to acute patients through a Telehealth platform
• Make independent clinical decisions and adapt to various patient populations across multiple regions
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans in an Electronic Health Record system

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited University
• Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License upon hire
• 5 years of post-graduate experience in Emergency Department, Inpatient, or Outpatient Behavioral Health settings
• Experience with Electronic Health Records, preferably EPIC
