Job Summary
To support a behavioral health consult team, the per diem Washington Licensed Clinical Social Worker will conduct psychosocial assessments, provide clinical social work consult services, and manage crisis interventions remotely for acute patients across various settings.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and triage patients via telehealth
- Provide a full range of clinical social work consult services, including treatment recommendations and discharge planning
- Perform crisis interventions and facilitate warm handoffs to psychiatrists as needed
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited University
- Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License or equivalent from another state upon hire
- 5 years post-graduate experience in an Emergency Department, Inpatient, or Outpatient Behavioral Health setting
- Experience documenting in an Electronic Health Record (EPIC preferred)
