Washington Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time or full-time Washington Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients, complete clinical assessments, and develop treatment plans while benefiting from flexible scheduling and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients through a secure telehealth platform
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Participate in monthly clinical case reviews and collaborate with clinical and operational teams

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Washington independent clinical license as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT
• 2+ years of direct clinical experience working with adults
• Comfortable providing therapy through telehealth and using electronic health records
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care; bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus
