Washington Licensed Clinical Writer Educator

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Washington Licensed Clinical Writer Educator will create and develop clinical nephrology content and training materials for peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis, while mentoring education teammates and ensuring knowledge transfer across training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Independently prepare and innovate clinical content and educational tools in collaboration with various teams
• Review and create content evaluations and feedback to improve training materials continuously
• Deliver educational materials across multiple formats, including virtual classrooms and self-paced modules

Required qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice
• Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of nephrology nursing experience in Home PD and/or HHD required
• Prior experience in training through multiple mediums is required
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications are required
