Job Summary

Washington Licensed Commercial Account Manager, responsible for providing customer service and managing assigned accounts, supporting new business efforts, and working full-time in a salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Producers in developing new business opportunities and initiating renewal processes for existing clients
• Analyze exposures, conduct marketing, negotiate rates, and prepare proposals for clients
• Manage client accounting inquiries, participate in the claims process, and ensure compliance with data standards

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Six (6) or more years of related work experience
• Valid Insurance License and must meet Continuing Education requirements for renewal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
