Washington Licensed Commercial Finance Attorney

Job Summary

To support an international law firm, the part-time contract Washington Licensed Commercial Finance Attorney will manage commercial finance agreements, including drafting and reviewing credit, loan, and security agreements, while working remotely on a long-term temporary assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and interpret commercial finance agreements, including guaranties and UCC filings
• Handle multiple projects while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all legal practices

Required qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Washington
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Commercial Finance Attorney, with both law firm and in-house experience preferred
• Extensive experience in drafting and interpreting commercial finance agreements
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in legal practices
