Washington Licensed Commercial Litigator

Job Summary

A law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Counsel to draft initial complaints, substantive motions, and prepare for depositions following WA-State law and procedural rules
• Collaborate with Counsel on procedural and litigation strategy and ensure compliance with local rules
• Assist with upcoming matters as needed and work on cases to completion

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar license in Washington State
• 3-5 years' experience in Complex Commercial Litigation
• Experience handling legal issues in Washington state and Federal Courts, as well as, disputes before administrative and regulatory bodies
• Excellent research and writing skills and the ability to think critically and communicate effectively
