Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Underwrite small to mid-sized commercial accounts and manage complex risks
Build relationships with agents and negotiate terms using consultative sales skills
Collaborate with sales to develop agency business plans and analyze risks for compliance

Required Qualifications

5+ years of underwriting, policy services, or related business experience
Bachelor's or Associate's degree (or equivalent business experience)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of reinsurance is a plus
Industry designations (CPCU, CIC, etc.) preferred
