Job Summary
Seeking a Washington Licensed Contact Center Agent, the remote contractor will manage customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring a positive experience while adhering to operational standards during an 8-hour shift between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PST.
Key Responsibilities
