Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Review Attorney (Part-time; Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate various public-sector contracts, including public works and IT agreements
• Advise internal stakeholders on risk allocation, compliance, and procurement considerations
• Ensure agreements comply with applicable state and local procurement laws and provide practical legal guidance

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in good standing in the State of Washington
• 5+ years of experience in reviewing and negotiating government or public-sector contracts
• Strong familiarity with public procurement requirements and compliance obligations
• Experience with public works contracting requirements and negotiating IT agreements
• Ability to work independently and provide clear legal advice
