Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel Attorney (Remote or Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance, and private equity transactions
• Represent publicly-traded and significant privately-held companies in complex corporate matters
• Engage in part-time or full-time legal work, either remotely or in a hybrid setting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate experience
• Prior experience in a corporate practice group of a large law firm or respected boutique
• In-house counsel experience is highly preferred
• Licensed to practice law with excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
• Outstanding professional references
