Job Summary

A company is looking for a 988 Crisis Services Clinician.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the activities of the 988-call line, including monitoring and coaching Phone Workers
• Support staff in assessing risk of harm and ensuring best clinical intervention practices
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures while providing quality assurance for services delivered

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• Licensed as a Mental Health Professional as defined by WAC 246-341-0200
• Experience working with individuals in crisis
• Telephone assessment or help line experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary clinical staff in a fast-paced environment
