Job Summary

A company is looking for a 911 Call Diversion Clinician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct oversight and coaching to 911 Crisis Diversion Specialists during live calls
  • Support crisis assessment and ensure best clinical practices and community resources are implemented
  • Ensure accurate documentation of calls and adherence to policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
  • Must be a Mental Health Professional as defined by WAC 246-341-0200
  • Independent or associate licensure in counseling or social work preferred
  • Experience working with individuals in crisis is required
  • Experience in a call center and with law enforcement or 911 operators is preferred
