Job Summary

A company is looking for a 988 Crisis Services Clinician.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide guidance to Crisis Specialists during 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline interactions
• Support staff in assessing risk of harm and ensure best clinical practices are followed
• Ensure appropriate referrals and documentation for callers seeking mental health services

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• Mental Health Professional (MHP) status as defined by Washington Administrative Code
• Active credentials or licenses in the State of Washington (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)
• Two years of experience working with individuals in crisis
• Ability to work effectively within a remote, multi-disciplinary clinical team
