Job Summary

A company is looking for a 988 Crisis Intervention Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide feedback and debriefing following call, chat, or text contacts and ensure timely documentation
• Assist in managing 988 contacts and provide clinical guidance to Crisis Specialists
• Participate in program meetings and complete required training for the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline

Required Qualifications and Experience

• B.A. in social sciences
• Knowledge of the King County Public Mental Health System
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
• Experience working effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential required within 6 months of hire
