Job Summary

A company is looking for a 988 Crisis Intervention Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and clinical guidance to Crisis Specialists during 988 contacts via phone, chat, or text
• Complete timely documentation and maintain required contact records for 988 contacts
• Participate in program meetings and complete necessary training as required by the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline

Required Qualifications

• B.A. in social sciences
• Knowledge of King County Public Mental Health System
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
• Ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
• Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential required within 6 months of hire
