Job Summary

A company is looking for a 988 Crisis Intervention Specialist (Overnight).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide live clinical guidance to Crisis Specialists during active contacts
• Support decision-making for high-acuity and complex situations
• Review and complete clinical documentation with accuracy and timeliness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences or a related field
• Knowledge of the public mental health system (King County Preferred)
• Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential required by the end of the probationary period
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-stakes situations
• Comfort with technology and managing multiple platforms
