Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensed Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding policies and billing
- Research customer inquiries and ensure timely responses while managing call volumes
- Process requests and document files accurately within assigned authority levels
Required Qualifications and Education
- One or more active licenses in Property & Casualty
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- High school diploma or GED; 2+ years of Property and Casualty Insurance experience preferred
- Experience with homeowners' insurance is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
