Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding policies and billing
  • Research customer inquiries and ensure timely responses while managing call volumes
  • Process requests and document files accurately within assigned authority levels


Required Qualifications and Education
  • One or more active licenses in Property & Casualty
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • High school diploma or GED; 2+ years of Property and Casualty Insurance experience preferred
  • Experience with homeowners' insurance is preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
