Washington Licensed Disclosure Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disclosure Specialist to provide branch and wholesale support by generating and reviewing mortgage disclosures in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of loan fees and charges prior to disclosing
• Prepare and audit mortgage disclosure documents within required timeframes
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all disclosures are accounted for and delivered on time

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Mortgage Disclosure Desk or similar role
• Working knowledge of TRID and other Federal and State regulations
• Familiarity with Ellie Mae Encompass is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities accurately
