Job Summary
Washington Licensed Drinking Water Manager, responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the Drinking Water Practice in the Northwest Area, overseeing a team and ensuring high standards of technical quality in a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage team efforts in environmental engineering and ensure quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
- Provide technical guidance for analysis, modeling, planning, and design activities
- Oversee workload planning and performance management to align resources with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of related work experience in environmental engineering or a related field
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- Ability to guide technical work while balancing delivery and team needs
- Experience in project management leadership within drinking water projects
