Job Summary

A company is looking for a Private Client Services and Deed Specialist Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle transactions involving the transfer and acquisition of real and personal property related to estate planning
• Review real estate documents for risk analysis and draft tax-efficient structuring documents
• Provide transactional support to Real Estate and Land Use clients and the Private Client Services group

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least 5 years of experience in real property acquisition and disposition
• Experience with title and survey matters, and preparing formation documents
• Admission to practice law in Washington
• Excellent academic credentials and strong references
• Experience with real property held in trusts or investment vehicles is a plus
