Job Summary

Responsible for the analysis of patient records for completeness and accuracy, the full-time Senior Health Information Management Analyst will work remotely to ensure compliance with DNV, CMS, and SMC guidelines while managing the suspension and reinstatement process for physicians.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze patient records to verify documentation accuracy and completeness
• Manage the suspension and reinstatement of physicians according to medical staff regulations
• Create and publish suspension lists while overseeing the operative report analysis process

Required qualifications

• Graduation from a Health Information Technology program
• Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) upon hire preferred
• Two years of experience in record analysis within an acute care hospital or multi-doctor clinic setting
