Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Human Resources Consultant to serve as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert in employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation on complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Support Labor and Employment Counsel in legal investigations and promote best practices in employee and labor relations
- Oversee Caregiver Relations work product, mentor consultants, and maintain HR metrics and dashboards for reporting
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in general human resources or equivalent work experience at the exempt level
- 8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
- Advanced experience in specialty areas such as labor relations, ADAAA, or mediation
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
- HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP or PHR, SHRM-CP) upon hire (preferred)
