Job Summary

To support the optimization of clinical imaging environments, the full-time salaried Washington Licensed Imaging Informaticist will manage the administration and integration of various imaging systems, including PACS and RIS, while collaborating with technical teams and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize enterprise imaging systems, including PACS and VNA, ensuring efficient imaging operations
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for imaging workflow issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams for system maintenance and upgrades
  • Maintain imaging workflows across multiple specialties, identifying areas for improvement and implementing updates
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree in computer science, information management systems, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in one or more modalities required; CT certification preferred
  • 3+ years of experience with imaging systems in a Diagnostic Imaging/Radiology setting
  • 1+ year of experience supporting and maintaining RIS within a Diagnostic Imaging/Radiology environment
  • Knowledge of DICOM and HL7 standards, as well as radiology and cardiology workflows
