Washington Licensed Immigration Attorney
Job Summary
To support a leading international law firm, the Corporate Immigration Attorney will work on a long-term contract basis, primarily remotely, assisting with all aspects of corporate immigration, including the H1B process, PERM green card sponsorship, and compliance audits.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the H1B process, including pre-approval work, review, drafting, and preparation
- Assist with the PERM green card sponsorship process and conduct policy reviews
- Ensure compliance through audits and documentation management
Required qualifications:
- Must be a licensed attorney in good standing in Washington, DC or New York
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate immigration law
- Proficient in handling Corporate Visas (H1-B) and the PERM immigration process
- Experience drafting Requests for Evidence (RFE)
- Able to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines
